It's freezing cold but I still crave ice cream. This time I tried making Matcha Ice Cream. Matcha is Japanese green tea powder, very good but a little pricey. So I subbed some green tea drink powder instead for a third of it. I think that caused the ice cream not to turn that nice green color but it still tasted like green tea and I was satisfied.
