Emi took Art as her elective last semester and her class had an art show. It was a great way to exhibit their art. Most kids wrote about their inspiration on their pieces. Emi chose to add quotes instead, which I thought was pretty clever.
The artist and her art.
"In solitude, at least we are alone." ~Lord Byron
"Just keep swimming..." ~Dory (Finding Nemo)
"The beginning and the end reach out their hands to each other." ~Chinese Proverb
"For whatever we lose (like you and me) it's always ourselves we find at the sea." ~E.E.Cummings
"There are a hundred languages in the world but a smile speaks them all." ~Anonymous
"The night walked down the sky with the moon in her hand." ~Frederic Lawrence
Emi and her three close friends all drew eyes and made a collaboration piece. "Will you be mine?"Other pieces from the exhibit of her friends...
