French Bread Rolls to Die For

I don't remember if I've ever posted this recipe, it's one I use quite frequently. A good friend started making bread and asked about recipes I use. This one is by Jocatlyn, found at You can find the recipe here. I made a double batch today knowing I may not have time to make bread for about two weeks, and froze half. FYI, instead of the bread flour called for in the recipe, I used All-Purpose and added some wheat gluten. And I make 12 rolls instead of 16 so they are a good sandwich sized roll. Very fluffy and yummy bread.
